Functions
- Determines the number of members of the Academic Council (AC) and elects its members by secret ballot;
- Determine the number of members of the Control Council and elect by secret ballot for the term of his term of office the Chairman, Deputy Chairperson and the members of the Control Council;
- Discusses and adopts the annual report of the Rector on the state of the university;
- Is represented by its Chairman;
